Beginning June 1, all users of EZPublish™ will have the ability to create, design, edit and order a customized community newsletter using our flexible newsletter themes. Some features are:
- choice of preselected articles or photos, or write your own
- select from our library of stock photos
- order a pdf version for rapid delivery, or order a supply of printed newsletters for your community
There are tons of ways to use the newsletter as a retention or closing tool, including sending a pdf of the newsletter to prospects and residents, posting the pdf on your website, or leaving a supply in your leasing office. Because we allow you to just use the pdf version, and print small quantities, this is an eco-friendly solution to keeping communication with your residents and prospects.
