LeaseLabs™ is the brainchild of DZAP Principals Dana Zeff and Jere Halligan.

DZAP’s mission is to help developers, owners and property management companies drive traffic to their communities and accelerate rentals and sales. With 25 years of experience in the multifamily marketing field, Dana and Jere realized that the time had come to provide DZAP’s level of service and attention to detail at a price that is within reach of all property owners and management companies, hence LeaseLabs™. LeaseLabs™’ mission is the same as DZAP’s; we still help you drive traffic to your communities and accelerate rentals and sales, but LeaseLabs™ saves a lot and delivers big.

DANA ZEFF

Dana Zeff is a Cofounder and Principal of LeaseLabs™. She brings a wealth of experience in multifamily industry and marketing experience having spent the last 20 years working with Carmel Companies in Denver, CO as a marketing consultant. Dana forges new territory for clients by smoothly integrating strong web presence and technology into their marketing mix. Dana also knows marketing as well, having worked as a Macy’s department store buyer for 85 stores in the western region, buying, marketing and selling over $60 million worth of product annually. Dana comes from a Denver real estate development family – her brothers Michael and Ron are successful developers, as was her father, Kal. She applies this strong real estate background and work ethic to every single project she works on.

JERE HALLIGAN

Jere Halligan is the Cofounder and Principal of LeaseLabs™ and is originally from Boston, MA. Jere decided to head West after graduating cum laude with a B.A. from Tufts University and has enjoyed the past fourteen years as a resident of Sunny San Diego. Jere has worked with Fish & Richardson PC, Mohomine, Inc and Vyrex, Inc and possesses a wealth of experience in technology, marketing and design. Jere has been an integral part of the progressive evolution of LeaseLabs™ and is very involved in the day to day operations of the company. Jere leads an amazing environmental design team and keeps busy in his role as Creative Director. Outside of the office you may catch Jere serving an ace on the tennis courts or volunteering his time and design skills for various non–profit and community organizations.

STEVEN OZBUN

Steven Ozbun, Business Development Specialist at LeaseLabs is a sunny San Diego native. Steven earned his degree in Visual Communications which employs an emphasis in Marketing & Advertising. Steven comes from a strong technical background and has worked with many internet start–up companies developing their electronic customer relationship management software. He has also worked with large established companies such as SBC, British Telecom and eAssist Global Solutions, to name a few. Steven has a strong passion for applying technology to marketing and enjoys introducing innovative ideas to revive under performing marketing campaigns. Outside of the office Stevens interests include: Architecture, Kayaking, Exotic Auto’s, Fusion Food and Volunteer Work for various local non–profit organizations.

STEVE HARRISON

Steve Harrison received Computer Engineering and MBA degrees from the University of Rhode Island. Steve has worked as a Safety Engineer, a Technical Writer, a Web Designer and a Project Manager. Steve grew up and studied in Providence RI, and moved to San Diego in 1994. He enjoys reading books, exercising, and spending time with friends and his dog Dozer.

ALEX BOSTER

For the last 12 years, Alex has worked for a variety of companies, large and small, and has a very diverse background in software development and systems administration –– from low-level device driver software to high–level systems integration. Much of that involved web development. After discovering Ruby on Rails in December of 2006, he has never looked back. Alex graduated from the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. His career took brought him to San Diego in 2001. When not working on code, Alex enjoys brewing beer and is a BJCP beer judge. As a volunteer, he has written USENIX LISA conference summaries for the journal login:. An avid traveller, Alex also enjoys adventurous cuisine and photography. Alex has learned a lot from his two Siberian Huskies –– the foremost being to always watch your cheeseburger.
