Are there additional costs associated with making changes to my site?
There are no additional charges for your content edits.
Will my site have a Content Management System?
Our website platform enables you to log in and make real time edits to content including; photos, floorplans, copy, calendar, etc.
Can you integrate with Vaultware for real time pricing and availability?
Yes, we are able to integrate with any MITS feed provider for real time pricing and availability.
How are Virtual Tours handled?
Our system does support virtual tours, which can be easily uploaded through the CoPilot CMS, and this is included at no additional charge. Similarly, the system supports community videos, social media and more.
Is there anti-hacker code built into the forms on the website?
Yes by request, we implement captcha security on all forms. In addition we also implement anti-spam measures. ie: encrypting email addresses, etc.
Is the Content Management System on a SaaS platform owned by LeaseLabs?
Yes, CoPilot is "software as a service" - or SaaS.
Is there Free Technical support?
If you get stuck you can always either give us a call or send us an email. LeaseLabs™ technical help is free!
How long does it take to get a website up?
Depending on the theme, and complexity anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.
How long does it take to setup an EZPublish™ account?
If you already have your logo in a high resolution format, your setup will take about a week. If we need to design or redraw your logo total setup time can take between 7 - 10 business days.
What if I don't have a logo?
We will "clean up" your logo for you if you have one. If you don't have one, we have a selection of pre-designed logos you can choose from that are specially designed to complement all the products you will be customizing on the store. The selections can be found here. Simply select a design and a color palette, and we'll send you a proof!
What if I need something quickly that isn't on the store.
Contact your account manager with your urgent need. We have designers on staff and can custom design most anything you need-- quick and affordable.
What if I want to have an item added to the store that isn't already on it?
Simple! Contact your account manager with your product request. We will then funnel your request down the appropriate channels and have most requests available on the system within a couple weeks!
Do I have to wait for a proof?
The system will auto generate a proof for most products in just seconds. This eliminates the hassle of waiting around for a design proof.
I heard your system has "Green" Newsletters?
The EZPublish™ Marketing Collateral System enables you to create custom, ad agency-designed community newsletters in just minutes. You can then save your newsletter as a PDF and send it to your residents via email or post it to your resident access section on your website. Not only does this save you time and money, but it also saves a ton of trees!
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 60 day notice to cancel, effective first of following month on all EZPublish™ contracts.
Why is there a monthly fee?
Your monthly fee includes unlimited access to an online library of hundreds of customizable, ad agency-designed products that you are able to customize, create, save, print, email or order. The annual fee is about the same as one custom design order.
Can I control what my portfolio orders?
Yes, we can set up property groups to have an "approver" set to review and approve all orders before they are placed.
